Why can I call myself a happy person?

Being happy is not “happiness” but an attitude. 40% of the feeling of happiness is genetically determined – 60% depends on events and the environment that can be significantly influenced by personal action and optimism. I am happy because I have a lot of design freedom and autonomy in my job and I can help others to identify, maximize and use their strengths to increase their personal happiness. In addition, I get positive energy by consciously spending time with my family, my husband, my sons and friends and discover new things (new cultures, cities and countries as well as food and creativity).
