Why can I call myself a happy person?

I feel happy in beautiful moments, when I can do what pleases me, when I see meaning in it, or even when I have achieved a success or a goal. This happiness is of limited duration, since it is in the nature of human life that there are ups and downs. Real happiness is not a feeling for me, but an attitude. Misfortune arises when the intellect wants to have things in the outer world different from what they are right now or when they judge them to be negative. Real happiness for me is the state of inner calm, which occurs when I am in harmony with what is right now.
