Why can I call myself a happy person?
The decision is up to you. This phrase woke me up many years ago. Since then, I have become aware that the self-responsible initiation of options for action, as well as their careful and compassionate implementation is a true source of happiness.
Happiness is in my hands and can be deliberately brought about. And that makes me all the happier that everyone can learn and experience.
